I take your fitness goals seriously, as well as your physical, emotional, and mental health. I understand that fitness can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your desired body design. I'm here to build you, not break you. The more baddies I connect with, the more women (and men) we will have who can encourage you through your journey. You are not alone in this. We all go through so many changes, and because of that fact, SheBad is a safe space where you can align yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally without feeling judged or shamed.
Most workout plans focus on healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for their clients. But I believe your sexual fitness is just as important. Discovering the power of your body through working out is so euphoric, along with owning your sexy. Consistently working out is the direct gateway to a better sex life. You're not just a mom (or dad), a wife (or husband), a sister (or brother), a daughter (or son)… you are a woman (or man). From time to time my moves may seem sexual, but there's a method to my madness. And if you'd give yourself the permission to enjoy your sacred space while these workouts occur, you'll see how a little bit of sexy with a whole bunch of sweat can change your life!
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often times ends in failure. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are, and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
